Head
HR, Training and OD:
Position Details
Job Role: This position leads and directs the Human Resource
department of FINCA Pakistan; Develops organization-wide human resource
strategy aligned with the organization's vision and long-term business
objectives; Formulates HR policies, procedures and SOPs; Oversees
implementation of HR systems and frameworks i.e. trainings, OD, rewards and
recruitment management; Defines processes and control mechanism for efficient
execution of HR frameworks / operations and recommends new initiatives for
continuous improvements; Outlines diversity and employee engagement targets and
verifies adherence; Guides team in bridging the gaps in annual HR plans. These responsibilities
are carried out WITH the objective to enable high performance culture, learning
environment, increase employee efficiency, foster a workplace environment,
consistent with the values and mission of the organization, ensure HR
administrative excellence WITHIN the limits of established company policies and
procedures, departmental & OD objectives, directions/guidelines from
management, guidelines of organization’s HR Policies & Procedures, Labor
Laws of Pakistan and compliance to government rules & regulations.
Experience:
Minimum 15 years of relevant experience across industry inclusive of at least 3 years of senior level banking experience

Head
Collection & Recovery
Job Role:
The collections and recovery function is driven by trust and
integrity and seeks a candidate for the position of Head Collection &
Recovery. This position will drive Collection and Recovery function under the
Commercial Department at FINCA Pakistan and is responsible for correspondence
with clients to ensure the timely repayment of loans. This is achieved through
implementation of a robust collection strategy, planning and overseeing
operational execution of the strategy, improving systems, people and processes.
This position is responsible for developing collection/recovery targets based
on retrieved data; Discussion on client behavior trends on daily basis and
accordingly providing suggestions to the respective team; training of the team
on client interactions; Conduction of meetings with clients to negotiate on
collection and recovery of deposits/loans; Client engagement to understand
issues pertaining to non-payment of liabilities and gauging willingness to pay;
Analyzing data and developing various reports to advise the Head supervisor for
corrective action. Ensuring implementation of an effective structure to maximize
recoveries against Collection written-off loans; ensuring maintenance of health
and quality of lending portfolio as per defined regulatory guidelines. These
responsibilities are carried out WITH the objective to ensure on-time recovery
of loan/deposits while driving & Recovery profitability in the interest of
both clients and the organization WITHIN the organization's policies,
procedures, SOPs, SBP regulations, and approvals from concerned authorities as
well as directions/guidelines from the supervisor. This is a managerial role
requiring the incumbent to be a part of the Management team. Accountable for
achieving the target collections rates per delinquency level.
Experience:
Minimum 10-15 years of extensive experience in Collection and Recovery. Proven experience in managing telephonic and field collections team and customer relationships.
